The most popular insights from your feedback
You can see the most common positive and negative insights in your Insight cloud widget. Green insights are positive, red are negative, and the larger the phrase the more frequently it occurs.
To use the Insight cloud:

Hover over an insight to see its sentiment score and the number of times it has occurred in your feedback.

Right-click an insight and click Go to message to see a list of all messages containing that specific insight.
Tip: Click a word or phrase in the Insight cloud to filter the Dashboard by its sentiment and topic. For example, if you click the phrase "I waited for a long time", the Dashboard will be filtered to show you feedback with negative sentiments about your speed of service.
